Privacy Policy

The short version

Peptific is a logging and reconstitution-math tool for people managing an injectable wellness routine. This policy explains what information the app and this website handle, and the choices you have.

• No account required. You can install and use the core app without giving us your name, email, or phone number.
• Your logs stay on this iPhone. Compounds, doses, vials, schedules, weight, feel scores, and notes are stored locally on your device. Peptific does not use iCloud or CloudKit to sync or store those logs.
• No tracking or ads. We do not sell your data, run third-party advertising, access the advertising identifier, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
• You're always in control. Export your data as CSV, or delete everything from the app at any time.

Data that stays on your iPhone

The heart of Peptific is your protocol data, and it lives on your device:

• Compounds and protocols you build, including schedules and reminders.
• Vials, concentrations, and reconstitution calculations.
• Injection records (append-only history), sites, and notes.
• Progress data such as weight entries, feel scores, and a side-effects journal.

This information is saved locally on your device. Peptific does not transmit your logged protocol data to our servers, analytics tools, advertising networks, or AI services. Peptific does not use HealthKit, Clinical Health Records, or CloudKit in this version.

What we collect

A small amount of information may be handled outside your device, only for the purposes described below.

Information you choose to give us

• Email address — only if you opt in to product updates on this site or in the app's Settings. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Support messages — if you email us, we receive the contents of your message and your email address so we can reply.

Information collected automatically

• Subscription status — App Store and entitlement data needed to unlock Pro, such as product ID, purchase or renewal status, expiration date, and an anonymous app user ID. This never includes your protocol contents.
• Diagnostics — Apple-provided crash logs and app analytics if your device settings allow sharing diagnostics with developers. These reports help us fix bugs and do not include your logged protocol contents.
• Website logs — standard hosting and security logs when you visit peptific.com, such as requested URLs, IP address, user agent, and timestamps. We use these for site operation, abuse prevention, and basic performance troubleshooting.

How we use information

We use the limited information above to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the app and website.
• Diagnose crashes, protect the website, and fix bugs.
• Send product updates you've asked to receive.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Confirm and restore Pro subscription access through the App Store.

We do not use health, fitness, protocol, diagnostic, purchase, or contact information for advertising, marketing data mining, or third-party ad targeting.

Who we share with

We share information only with service providers who help us run Peptific, and only as needed. These providers must protect user data in a way that is consistent with this policy.

• Apple — processes App Store purchases and may provide developer-facing diagnostics or subscription information.
• RevenueCat — helps manage Pro subscription entitlements using App Store purchase status and an anonymous app user ID. RevenueCat does not receive your protocol contents from Peptific.
• Crash-reporting or diagnostics providers — if enabled, receive limited diagnostic data used to fix bugs, not protocol contents.
• Email provider — delivers the product updates you opt in to.
• Website host — serves peptific.com and maintains standard security and access logs.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and Peptific. We do not sell personal information.

Subscriptions

Peptific Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment information — we never see your card details. Apple and RevenueCat provide only the limited transaction and entitlement data needed to confirm, restore, and manage your subscription status. See our Terms of Service for subscription details.

Your choices

• Export your logged data as a CSV file from within the app.
• Delete your local protocol data directly in the app at any time; deleting the app removes local Peptific data from your device.
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or by turning the opt-in off in Settings.
• Limit diagnostics through your iOS privacy and analytics settings.
• Request deletion of email, support, or other server-side personal information we may hold by emailing privacy@peptific.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Contact us and we'll help.

Retention & security

Your protocol data is retained on your device until you delete it. Information we do handle — such as opt-in email, support correspondence, website logs, diagnostics, or subscription-status records — is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, legal/accounting requirements, fraud prevention, security, and dispute handling, then deleted or de-identified. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure.

Children

Peptific is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
