Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Peptific app and the peptific.com website (together, "Peptific"). By downloading, accessing, or using Peptific, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Peptific. You must be at least 18 years old to use Peptific.

Not medical advice

Peptific is an organizational and arithmetic tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Peptific does not suggest, recommend, or endorse any compound, dose, schedule, or protocol.
• Every compound, vial amount, schedule, and target dose in Peptific is entered by you. Peptific records what you enter and performs arithmetic on it.
• Nothing in Peptific should be interpreted as a recommendation to start, stop, or change any health practice.

You are solely responsible for your health decisions. Consult a licensed provider before acting on anything you track in Peptific.

The reconstitution calculator

The calculator performs standard arithmetic on the values you input (for example, dividing a vial amount by a volume of water to compute a concentration, then converting your own target dose into a volume or syringe unit line). The results reflect your inputs only. Peptific does not determine, recommend, validate, or adjust your dose, and it does not verify that your inputs are appropriate or safe. You should independently confirm any calculation before relying on it. The calculator is never a dosing suggestion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Peptific for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Peptific.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Peptific without our permission.

Subscriptions (Peptific Pro)

Peptific's core features are free. Peptific Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features such as multiple compounds on one schedule, unlimited vials, CSV export, and advanced charts.

• Subscription titles and periods. Peptific Pro Annual renews every year. Peptific Pro Monthly renews every month.
• What you receive. During each paid subscription period, Pro unlocks the Pro features shown in the app at the time of purchase, including the stack, unlimited vials, CSV export, and advanced charts.
• Pricing. In the United States, Pro is currently offered at $39.99 per year or $9.99 per month, as shown at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and are confirmed by the App Store before you buy.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing your subscription. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Apple controls billing, renewal, refund, and cancellation flows.
• Restore access. You can restore Pro on supported Apple devices signed into the Apple ID used for purchase. Your protocol data remains local to the device and does not sync between devices in this version.

Free trial & cancellation

Peptific Pro may include a 7-day free trial. If offered, you won't be charged during the trial.

• Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be billed; you keep Pro access until the trial ends.
• If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the applicable fee is charged.
• Your logged history is never locked. If your Pro subscription ends, your data remains on your device and exportable; Pro-only features simply become unavailable.

Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Your data

Your protocol data is stored locally on your device. Peptific does not use iCloud or CloudKit to sync or store your protocol logs in this version. You are responsible for maintaining your device and any exports you choose to create. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled.

Intellectual property

Peptific, including its software, design, text, and the Peptific name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Peptific for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Disclaimers

Peptific is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Peptific will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation or record is accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptific and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of Peptific. Because Peptific is not medical advice, you assume full responsibility for decisions made about your health. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Peptific after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
